Welcome to the High School of Language and Innovation, a school community built for newcomer multilingual learners in the Bronx. At HSLI, students from around the world come together to learn, grow, and prepare for success in high school, college, careers, and life.
Our school is committed to helping students develop strong English language skills while pursuing a rigorous academic program in English, Math, Science, Social studies, the Arts, World Languages, and more. Our school is located in the Christopher Columbus Campus at
925 Astor Ave
Bronx, NY 10469
Transportation:
By Train: Our school can be accessed via the 2 or 5 subway trains
By Bus: Our school can be accessed via the BX12, BX8, BX39 or BX22 buses
Parking: There is street parking available around the school, which is generally easily found on Mon-Thurs and more challenging (but possible!) with street cleaning on Friday. (While there is a small parking lot, it is currently only available to veteran building staff).
